The daughter of Phoenix Anisai and Merimac Brushe  and twin sister to Akaro Anisai-Brushe was always a strange one. When she was little she was always changing into a baby panther and trying to escape the clutches of her mother and father. When she got older she became connected to the Plane of Shadows; in an  attempt to shield the poor hin from the events that were transpiring there, her shadow panther guardian sacrificed herself to sever Millia's connection to the plane. Marai did leave her with a parting gift, the ability to shape shift into a shadow panther.

It (the severing) didn't worked fully as she still retained some of the abilities her connection to the plane granted her, but it would never progress further. Millia instead decided to sign up with the Black Merchant Guild, without her parents' knowledge. She now spends her time improving her lockpicking and trap disabling skills, so she can help her friends out more.

All grown up, she has now moved away from Thain with the rest of her family.
